Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ

PRIVATE PAY CLIENTS:  We have a STRICT cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for that session. No exceptions.
 

INSURANCE CLIENTS:  We have a STRICT cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged out of pocket, the full clinician’s rate for that session.

The appointment will not be submitted to insurance. No exceptions.
